It was the month of March; the year was 2020. We all remember where we were back then. The world shut down three days after this performance took place because of COVID. This braiding circle became the representation of what was no longer available to us as humans. Right after this braiding circle took place, we could no longer have close contact with each other. My main objective was to represent oneness right when the division became more prevalent than ever.
Four women
Four nationalities.
Three different religions.
All united by the power of hair and braiding with intention.
